"Visions of Magic," an immersive and interactive art experience, commenced its European tour, beginning in Cologne, with the aim to enchant millions of Wizarding World fans globally. This exceptional exhibition, where art and technology converge masterfully, has been realized by Warner Bros, Discovery Global Themed Entertainment, and NEON Global, establishing a new benchmark in themed entertainment.

NEON Global, a long-standing partner of GoPhoto, involved us early on to integrate a custom photo solution into the magical setting. This unique collaboration focused on seamlessly embedding GoPhoto’s advanced technology into the intricately themed Wizarding World environment.

Tailored Solutions for an Unforgettable Art Experience

In addressing the unique needs of "Visions of Magic," GoPhoto implemented a suite of bespoke solutions. The centerpiece was the custom software developed for shareable reels, designed to elevate the visitor experience by enabling guests to easily share their magical moments via email and social media. To complement the immersive environment, we introduced hardware custom-designed in black and gold, seamlessly blending with the exhibition's aesthetic.

Innovation didn't stop there. We mounted top screens on the standalone order stations, turning them into dynamic displays for product advertising – a move that not only caught the eye but also enriched the retail experience. At the core of our system was the integration of AI technology, providing a smarter, more interactive photo experience for every visitor.

Special attention was given to the photoproducts, which were customized specifically for fans, offering them unique souvenirs that perfectly captured the spirit of their journey. The overarching goal was clear and twofold: we aimed to integrate a photo system that became an essential part of the visitor journey and to uplift the retail experience with innovative, shareable content. The result was a custom-designed photo system that not only resonated with the thematic elements of the exhibition but also significantly enhanced the overall visitor experience.
